研究方向 

多种物理或化学因素能够引起细胞DNA的损伤和基因组不稳定。如果DNA损伤不能及时修复,细胞基因组可能发生基因突变,细胞周期可能发生紊乱,最终引起癌症发生等恶性结果。因此,如何正确完成DNA的损伤修复并维持基因组的稳定性,对于细胞的存活以及防止癌症等重大疾病的发生至关重要。我们实验室主要以与DNA损伤修复相关的分子机制研究为核心内容,希望研究结果对于肿瘤的诊断、抗肿瘤药物的设计等提供新的理论指导。
