研究领域

   主要从单细胞水平研究细菌耐药和宿主免疫反应机制。我们拟结合微流控技术运用生物动态光学成像技术从单细胞水平对耐药菌的形成、复苏和耐药的机制进一步深入的研究;并将利用单细胞测序技术探索持留菌与宿主免疫系统相互作用的关系,为耐药菌在临床中的预防和治疗奠定良好的理论基础。
