研究领域

T细胞在自身免疫疾病发病和抗病毒感染应答中具有重要作用。深入探索T细胞的发育分化和功能调节机制将有助于相关疾病的免疫治疗。本课题组主要围绕自身免疫疾病和病毒感染中的T细胞免疫应答和免疫致病机制进行研究。我们采用分子、细胞、生化、多组学和疾病动物模型等多种技术手段,筛选参与调控T细胞发育分化过程的关键分子,通过基因敲除、转基因小鼠以及临床样本研究这些因子如何调节T细胞发育分化和功能并阐明其分子机制。通过 解析T细胞免疫应答机制,探索干预T细胞发育分化过程的免疫治疗策略。
