Research Areas:

1. We focus on understanding molecular pathology of tumorigenesis using multiple in vitro and in vivo approaches with particular attentions on major oncogenes, NOTCHand MYC.

2. We attempt to develop novel, mechanism-based targeted or combination therapy in cancer treatment, and evaluate the efficacy and safety in pre-clinical models.
