研究领域

微管骨架在生物大分子和细胞器的运输、细胞迁移和分裂等过程中发挥重要功能。本课题组主要利用活细胞实时成像和体外重组等技术在细胞水平和分子水平研究微管骨架组装的机制,特别是微管结合蛋白调控微管骨架动态性的功能与作用机制。
