研究领域

RNA结合蛋白不仅具有经典的RNA代谢调控功能,还能通过与染色质相互作用直接参与基因转录调控,其突变或异常表达往往会引起多种人类疾病,但机制尚不清楚。本实验室通过研发和应用功能基因组学新技术、多维智能数据挖掘和细胞与动物模型来系统研究RNA结合蛋白的分子功能与病理机制。
