研究领域

通过CRISPR技术直接修复胞内致病突变,或增强免疫细胞抗肿瘤功能来治疗癌症,从而将 CRISPR 技术转化为细胞疗法。 本课题组的目标是设计并构建完整的细胞基因编辑工具,并安全有效地将其递送至原代细胞中实现精准治疗。主要包括:

1. 新型CRISPR/Cas9工具的构建与优化;

2. 优化用于细胞治疗的大分子非病毒递送;

3. 探究CRISPR/Cas9 介导的细胞疗法,包括免疫疗法和对遗传疾病的治疗。
