研究内容简介

聚焦新型RNA疗法、基因编辑的工具开发和其临床转化,采用包括分子遗传学、材料化学、核酸化学、生物信息学等多学科知识和研究手段,研发新型基因组编辑工具和递送技术,发展CRISPR 对疾病进行高效诊断技术,证明CRISPR 治疗遗传病的可行性,为CRISPR 的临床转化奠定基础。已在国际刊物发表和接收论文50余篇,被引用12000余次,10篇论文入选ESI高被引论文,多项研究成果被国际主流媒体报道和Nature系列杂志专文评述。
