Brief Introduction:

Dr. Li graduated from the york university in canada, and then obtained a masters degree and phd from the university of queensland in australia. Since 2015, he received postdoctoral training at the university of california, irvine and the queensland brain neurology institute, australia. His preliminary research direction mainly focused on the frontier fields of epigenetics and brain cognitive science. In the past five years, he has published more than 50 papers including papers from nature neuroscience, biological psychiatry, pnas, cell reports, journal of neuroscience, etc., li’s group has presided over 2 national fund projects of australia and 7 nsfc fund projects of china. Dr. Li recevied the “discovery early career research award”from australian research council and the mark rower award issued by the australian neurobiology society in 2019. then he was selected into the hubei provincial 100 talents program in the same year. In 2021, he was selected into the national overseas high-level young talents introduction program, and joined the brain science research center of neurosurgery, zhongnan hospital of wuhan university full-time, and established a neuroepigenetics laboratory.

4. The role of epigenetic regulatory mechanisms in neuroimmune cells in cognitive function

5. Epigenemolecular mechanisms for the occurrence and development of neurodevelopmental diseases in special circumstances
