研究兴趣
本实验室主要从事感染与炎症反应、肿瘤微环境以及肿瘤发生转移的分子机理的研究。我们主要以表达克隆、酵母双杂交以及蛋白质组学等多种手段,筛选参与调控感染免疫、慢性炎症疾病与肿瘤发生发展转移等过程的关键调控因子,并通过基因敲除、转基因小鼠以及动物疾病模型研究这些蛋白在调控病毒感染、自身免疫性疾病以及肿瘤发生等过程中的功能与机制,同时开发靶向这些因子的小分子或抗体,为未来相关疾病的治疗提供理论基础与先导药物。
