研究方向

课题组聚焦树突状细胞(DC)生物学及艾滋病功能性治愈研究。我们利用独特的人源化小鼠模型，结合临床标本，运用免疫学、遗传学和单细胞多组学等手段，研究人DC细胞的异质性特征及免疫学功能，探讨DC细胞在抗病毒免疫中的作用及机制，并致力于开发艾滋病免疫治疗新策略。
