研究方向

以卡波氏肉瘤相关疱疹病毒(KSHV),单纯疱疹病毒1型(HSV-1)及鼠γ疱疹病毒68(MHV68)为对象,开展下列研究:

1. 研究疱疹病毒拮抗宿主抗病毒免疫反应的分子机制

2. 鉴定调控疱疹病毒裂解再激活的关键病毒蛋白及宿主因子

3. 建立肿瘤疱疹病毒感染致瘤的小动物模型,揭示肿瘤疱疹病毒感染引起肿瘤发生发展的机理

4. 发展更有效的溶瘤疱疹病毒进行肿瘤免疫治疗
